Goal: To provide research-based information on models and strategies that will help district school boards embed professional learning in classrooms.
In order to support instructional precision, coaches need a repertoire of competencies including content knowledge and facilitation skills. On August 21-23, a team from every district school board attended The Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat's Coaching Institute for Literacy and Numeracy Leaders. All of the print and video material for the institute will be posted on this website.
In addition, practical information and material will be added to the website on an ongoing basis.
