Fall 2007 Symposium at the Kingbridge Centre

Program Evaluation was the theme of the Barrie Region Professional Network Centre Fall Symposium at Kingbridge Centre, King City, Ontario. Program Evaluation is the systematic collection and analysis of information about program activities, characteristics and outcomes to make judgements about the program, improve program effectiveness and inform decisions about future programming. Having program evaluation capacity in place in our school boards and schools is a vital component for the success of each school board/authority's MISA Initiative. This symposium was an opportunity for educational leaders, program department staff, information managers and MISA leaders of the Barrie Region District School Boards and Authorities to broaden their knowledge base and heighten awareness in this critical area.
