Tracy Weaver is the Research Assistant for the Evidence-Based Education and Services Team (E-BEST) within the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board. She joined E-BEST in October 2004. Tracy offers a range of support for program evaluations that are being conducted in schools, by departments and across the district. She assists with all phases of projects from data collection to analysis. She is responsible for conducting literature searches and is currently building an evidence bank of systematic reviews in education. Tracy is also the contact person for community and university researchers applying to conduct research within the school board. Having completed an Honour's BA in Communication Studies and working for 10 years in the Marketing industry, she publishes a newsletter bi-annually about E-BEST and assists in the creation of poster presentations that highlight our services and current projects. Tracy is excited to share what she has learned with the Barrie Region MiSA PNC.
