Trish Woehrle was hired by the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board in 1999. She worked as an occasional teacher for several years while completing her PhD (2001) in Health Studies at the University of Waterloo. Trish received training in program evaluation, assessment, qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis. Trish was hired into the role of Program Research Analyst in 2002 where she assisted with the development and implementation of the Evidence-Based Education and Services Team (E-BEST). Trish is looking forward to her new role (2007) as the Teacher Research Consultant for the school board where she will be working specifically with school learning teams in support of their research and program evaluation efforts.
