CPCO Training on the Ontario Curriculum Unit Planner (OCUP) for PQP Candidates

The Ontario Curriculum Unit Planner workshop is a web conference for elementary and secondary school principals and vice-principals. The web conference will provide participants with an opportunity to tour the Planner and offers practical hands-on experience with a software tool that is fast and easy to use and provides current and comprehensive responses to queries.

Throughout the session, participants will be actively engaged in exploring a software solution and will begin to better understand the Planner as a resource that can:

  • Increase an individual's knowledge base (policy, pedagogy, assessment, evaluation, and special education).
  • Be used to assist and support principals/vice-principals in their role as instructional/curriculum leaders.
  • Help provide quick answers when needed.
  • Provide access to all elementary and secondary curriculum expectations (including those that have been recently revised).
  • Support teachers through access to units and profiles.
