CSC's web-based professional learning services facilitate professional dialogue and the sharing of effective practices while overcoming the challenges of distance, time, and cost.
Web conferences are highly interactive learning sessions hosted by a facilitator for a community of learners on a specific topic. They connect learners directly with experts and colleagues from across educational communities. From the comfort of their own office or home, participants engage in meaningful dialogue through oral discussion and online interaction. CSC provides training and support before, during, and after web conferences.
Web meetings provide the ability to share ideas, revise documents, or prepare presentations using a one-stop meeting space online. They overcome the challenges of time, location, and workload by connecting people from their own offices or homes. Web meetings allow committees, panels, and other groups to collaborate online through oral and web-based interaction. CSC provides training and support before, during, and after web meetings.
Webcasts are educational sessions broadcast over the Internet and also made available in video-on-demand format on our website.
They allow educators to:
