This print resource provides six complete lessons designed to teach youth about the risks associated with investing specifically, the risks of fraud and scams. Lessons can be used alone or in conjunction with other instructional strategies that form part of the teacher's course implementation. Required resources as well as supplementary resources are listed with each lesson.
Methodology
Fair Play Curriculum Tools uses a variety of strategies teacher-directed, independent, partner, and group learning to develop students' understanding of concepts related to investing. The detailed lessons clearly outline how the suggested teaching/learning strategies best address the content. Students have the opportunity to use problem-solving and thinking skills as they work through a number of case studies.

Assignments, quizzes, case studies, role-playing, and games are included to support assessment of students' progress
