Risk Responsibility Reality is based on three humorous vignettes (short-story videos) that demonstrate three settings in which high school students might find themselves. In each setting, you will find concepts and themes that teach about personal responsibility, legal liability and ethical behaviour while supporting high school curriculum across Canada.
This resource is divided into three separate sections – for the subjects of Law, Life Skills and Family Studies. Within each section there are 3 lessons to correspond to the 3 vignettes, giving a total of 9 lessons. Hands-on activities and open-ended questions are provided in each lesson to allow students to discuss, debate, simulate and role-play, as well as demonstrate their knowledge in writing assignments.
