


Make sure you are running Windows Media Player, version 9 or higher. To check the version, open Windows Media Player and in the Help menu choose About Windows Media Player. The window that opens up shows the version you are running. If you are having trouble finding the Help menu, try right-clicking on the top bar to bring up the entire File menu, or press Alt+h. If you find you are using a version earlier than version 9, please go to the following website to download the latest version: www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/default.aspx
Once you have confirmed that you have version 9 or higher of Windows Media Player, you are ready to view our live video stream. When it is time for the live webcast, click on the streaming video link to automatically open Windows Media Player and begin buffering the video. Once the buffering has reached 100%, playback will begin.
If Windows Media Player does not open automatically, open it manually by selecting Windows Media Player from your Program Files. Once it is open, choose Open URL from the File menu, or press Ctrl+u. Then either copy and paste or type in the link for the live (or archived on-demand) stream..
