David Booth is Professor Emeritus in education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. He has been involved in education for more than 40 years, has taught children and teachers, and is one of the leading experts on literacy in Canada. He has also been a literacy consultant and has spoken across Canada and around the world.

In this webcast, David speaks to prospective teachers at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, and speaks at a question-and-answer period with a group of teachers from the Rainbow School district in Sudbury, Ontario.
