Effective Leaders...Successful Students: The Time is Now! Symposium

There is a growing body of research which suggests that a "trilevel" approach is needed to improve academic success for all students. Within the trilevel model Supervisory Officers play a key role in creating connections with provincial policy-makers, accessing resources and creating learning communities that build the capacity for change. Effective Leaders...Successful Students: The Time is Now! explored district-wide and school-level practices that already exist throughout the province to raise student achievement. The Ontario dialogue focused on achieving success for all learners through differentiated instruction and effective leadership.

Plenary sessions and selected workshops have been archived from The Second Annual Symposium for Supervisory Officers, sponsored by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with The Supervisory Officers of Ontario.
