About This Resource
Standards-Based Assessment provides a model that can be used as a basis for planning rich, relevant assessment tasks that allow students to demonstrate their learning and teachers to evaluate and report more accurately on student progress. This model can be applied to all disciplines and grade levels. Planning templates are included along with samples of how to complete them.
